Privacy Policy

ffframed collects the minimum information needed to turn an image you choose into a printed poster and to keep the app reliable.

What we collect

How we use it

Service providers

We share only the information needed to operate ffframed with: payment processing (Stripe), print fulfillment and shipping (Gelato), email delivery (Resend), image processing (Replicate), analytics (PostHog), crash reporting (Sentry), in-app purchases (RevenueCat), and backend hosting (Cloudflare).

Retention

Images are processed to fulfill your order and are not used to train models. Local collection data stays on your device. Order records are retained for up to seven years to meet customer-support, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Data security

We encrypt your information in transit, restrict access to stored order data to people who need it for support, and use industry-standard providers for payment, fulfillment, and hosting.

Where your information is processed

Our service providers operate primarily in the United States. If you order from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information where legally available. California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information we hold, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email hello@ffframedapp.com and we will help.

Children

ffframed is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by your country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.

Who we are

ffframed is operated by Really Good Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact us at hello@ffframedapp.com.
