These terms govern your use of ffframed. The short version: you must be 18+, use images you have the right to print, and we will use them only to make and support your poster.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using ffframed you confirm that you meet that minimum age and are able to enter into a binding agreement.

Your images

You keep the rights to images you submit. By ordering a poster, you give ffframed a limited permission to process, reproduce, share with service providers, and retain copies as needed to fulfill your order, support it, and meet legal obligations.

Rights responsibility

Only submit images you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to print. Do not submit images that infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or content that is illegal or abusive. We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion.

Orders and payment

Poster orders are custom products. Prices, shipping details, and estimated delivery timing are shown during checkout. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, and posters are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner.

Returns and support

Because each poster is custom printed, we do not accept returns for buyer remorse. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact hello@ffframedapp.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. Any in-app purchases handled by Apple or Google are subject to their refund policies.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or backend services.
• Do not submit fraudulent payment or shipping information.
• Do not use ffframed to violate any law or third-party right.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold ffframed and Really Good Labs LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of the images you submit or your breach of these terms, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity claims.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ffframed is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the total liability of ffframed and Really Good Labs LLC for any claim related to your use of the app or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Copyright complaints

If you believe a poster printed or offered through ffframed infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@reallygoodlab.com identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute arising out of or relating to ffframed.

Changes

We may update these terms as ffframed evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
